When I was removing a concert stage dupe, it caused lag on it’s way out by Toga.[/b] [/list] [b]*Have you been Staff on a server Previously?: I have only staffed on this server as helper[/b] [b]*Why should you be made staff?: I am friendly to all players, regardless of voice, and attempt to resolve conflicts verbally before all else, never rushing to commands. I also try to help new players when they come on, as well as veterans. I personally have stuck to the community for around a year now, and wish to move up. I will continue the dedication I have been giving as helper.[/b] [b]*What can you bring to the server?: I bring consistency with coming on and a positive attitude, as well a desire to solve problems without commands, or at least try before using them.[/b] [b]*What is your experiences with ULX/Admin commands?: My experiences are mostly jailing the occasional player, but overall not too much.[/b] [b]*A Player comes to you saying that another player has "RDM'd" but has no proof... what do you do?: I hear them out and attempt to collect evidence myself.[/b] [b]A player is spamming in chat, what do you do?:Give them a verbal warn. Then Gag them for a minute, and then for 5 minutes. if they continue, warn the player.[/b] [b]*A Player joins the server and threatens to "DDoS" the server.. What do you do?: Immediately kick them and alert momo, as well as posting a screenshot in #staffchat[/b] [b]*You see staff breaking the rule, what would you do?:  Collect evidence (screenshots and witnesses.) and alert a higher up about the staff member abusing their powers, so they can warn, kick, or strip the admin of their powers, temporarily or permanently.[/b]  [b]There is a player spamming props. What do you do?: Freeze the player and give them a warn. [/b][b]You see a few people arguing and it's been going on for a while. What would you do?: attempt to break up the fight peacefully. If this fails, attempt to break up the fight by physgunning one of them away and asking them to not fight again.[/b]
