What would you do if someone needs help?: Help them with what they need to the best of my knowledge. If i can't help them fully, i would contact another helper or a member of staff
If a player needs/ asks for guidance what do you do?: Give them guidance on basic gameplay, how the server works, keybinds, how to catch pokemon, how to set up printers and how to set up a basic base. I can also guide VIPs on setting up auto printers. If I can't help them, i would find a member of staff who can

What is RDM?: Random death match: When you kill another player without a valid RP reason
What is FailRP?: breaking the rules of RP, either by breaking server RP rules such as not catching another trainer's pokemon or the rules of physics.
What do you do if you see a staff member abusing their powers?: Screenshot and report it to Head of staff or owner.
If a Player threatens to DDoS the server what would you do?: Ban them. Rule 8 on MOTD clearly states perma ban, no questions.
What is Job Abuse?: Abusing the equipment of a job or switching job to use that equipment for your or another player's gain, most likely resulting in you returning back to your original job. This also includes switching for health, pokeballs or utility such as flying.
If you see a player spamming props what do you do?: Ask them to stop as props can cause lag. If it continued, they would be warned and, if continued further, banned for a time based on the severity of the props
If you see Thievery on the server what do you do?: Stop them. it's against the rules. The person would be warned and the items returned. If it continued, they would be kicked and then banned.
