Sorry, I didnt know there was a limit on particular pokemon. I dont see anything in the rules about 3 being the max, only that there can only be 1 of each legendary. Could you please link me to where it says it?  

Is there any way I can get it accept it if so? I've had to deal with a fair amount of issues getting this OC submitted properly (No joke, 6 months after I first submitted it.) and I would rather not have it all have gone to waste.
